Using our Pre-Development Project Strategy Services, we worked to maximize the potential asset creation for our client's site to help them strategize their site's value for development and future sale. This proposed development has over 290,000 SF of luxury multi-family housing, a 120-key hotel, 20,000 SF of commercial retail space and a parking structure for 600 parking spaces.
